This is my 7th year at Bridgeway Elementary as a teacher. I was actually a student here myself, so it is a lot of fun to be teaching in the school where I got my educational start!! I have a total of 11 years teaching experience (10 of those in 3rd grade). I am excited to be working with your children this year and am looking forward to a great year filled with many new learning experiences. • They will be responsible for reading for at least 20 minutes each night and filling out a Reading Log. *You can find the Reading Log in the "Document Manager" section of this website if your child misplaces theirs.
  
• There will be one Math worksheet that is a review of what we learned in class that day.
  
• Your child will be responsible for studying their Spelling words for the week each night.  We will take a Spelling pretest on Mondays.  The pretest is sent home so the students know which words to study for the final Spelling test on Friday.   *Word lists for all of the Spelling units are available in the "Document Manager" section of this website.
• Your child will be bringing home their planner EVERY night. It is very important that you check and sign it each night. There will be homework information and important class and school wide notices to help keep us in communication.
