Everyone seems to be enjoying reading in 4N. Many of our class has moved up to Advanced and Star readers. A few have even become Classic readers and that is amazing. Please encourage reading and remember it can be any book they choose and enjoy. This all makes for strong readers. |

 Our class does Accelerated Math. We will be doing it 2 times a week, but they can work on it at any time when other work is completed. As students master a skill, they move on to another and can advance at their own pace. |

Each week in our class, we celebrate our success! If the children in 4N complete all of their homework, show good citizenship, completes all of their assignments in class, an make adequate progress in AR, they qualify to go to "Friday Fun Club" (FFC). I look forward to seeing your child participate in the FFC festivities! FFC is a blast! You don't want to miss out!

We have 5 desktop computers and 4 laptop computers in our classroom. The students use them for many purposes including Accelerated Reader, Accelerated Math, research, skill games, and word processing. |

Summer School begins Monday June 12th. The Enrichment Classes are being held at Drummond and the regular summer school is at Pattonville Middle School.
School begins on August 16th. |
